In short: the app collects no information about you. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. The games work fully offline and the app only contacts the App Store if you buy or restore an optional purchase. Everything it saves stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. Mind Manor: Brain Games (“the app”) does not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal information, and EchelonApps LLC (“Echelon Apps”, “we”) never receives any data from it.
What the app saves on your device
To work, the app keeps the following only on your iPhone or iPad:
- Games in progress, so you can continue where you left off.
- Your best times and scores, statistics and badges.
- Your settings, such as sound, vibration, color-blind help and Sudoku options.
- Which games you've played free today, and which games you've unlocked.
This information never leaves your device through the app. If your device is backed up to iCloud or a computer, Apple's backup may include it, as it does for most apps; that backup is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not by us.
Internet, location and other access
The games work fully offline. Today's free plays are counted using your device's own date, without going online. The only time the app goes online is when you buy or restore an optional purchase, which goes through the App Store. The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or any other personal data on your device.
Purchases
Mind Manor is free to play, with optional one-time purchases that unlock single games or all games. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive your name, payment details or Apple ID; the app only learns which games are unlocked, and remembers that on your device.
Third parties
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or other third-party code, so no information is shared with anyone.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children.
Deleting your data
You can clear your statistics at any time with Reset Statistics in the app. Deleting the app from your device removes everything it saved.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. We will not start collecting data without updating this policy first.
